Well, to be honest, the product has just launched, so there aren't a lot of frequently asked questions, but here are a few details you might be interested in knowing:

I've paid, but I can't figure out how to get the file!!! Help?

When you have paid, you will have had to create an account on our web site. Click on the "My Account" link on the left hand side of the screen. From there, you will be able to see your orders and navigate to the "Files" section where you can click on the link to download your Scrum Study Guide. If the "Files" section does not contain the link for the Scrum Study Guide, please contact us at sales@berteigconsulting.com with your user name and a copy of your receipt that was emailed to the address you used to register on the site.

What is a .tar file?

The Scrum Study Guide is a package of several files all bundled together in a single download. The .tar file is an archiving format similar to .zip. Most computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) have tools built-in to extract the contents of this file. Usually you can just double-click on the file and it will open up properly. The actual Scrum Study Guide itself is an html file that is stored in the .tar file. Once you have extracted the contents of the .tar file, you can simply double-click on the html file to open it in a browser and start using it. (Make sure that you know where you have saved the file when you downloaded it, and also when you extract it. You might want to create a directory called "Scrum Study Guide" where you can save the files.)

How do I get updates?

By purchasing the Scrum Study Guide, you are entitled to updates for as long as this product is offered (hopefully a long time!). You will be notified by email of the availability of updates. When an update is available, you can simply go back to your account on our site and you will see it available. Once you have downloaded and extracted the file you will find update instructions in the package. We will make sure that the update process is as easy as possible!

What is planned for future versions of the Scrum Study Guide?

We have many plans for additional features and content. Some of the top plans include exclusive interviews with the gurus of the Scrum community, more built-in tools to help you automate parts of your job, as well as more add-on special offers.
